I'm trying to run the ukb-rap-pheno-basic.ipynb. Probably a pretty basic question here, but any thoughts on what's going on with this error?

I'm not sure how to check, actually. In the project that this .ipynb is associated with, I can see the "biobank" logo on the top left. In the notebook screen itself, it shows the "DNAnexus" logo on the top left.
If you dont see any files or folders, I'd try creating a new project, or if you created this project in the last 24 hours, waiting a bit for it to dispense.

To triple check -- you can see the database and the dataset on the gui interface, correct?

Thank you?I see, when I created the project I'm using, I must not have clicked "dispense data". I've made a new project and will try again.
By dispensing the data, will the project incur any costs per se? Or are the costs only incurred when creating an instance within the project?

Nevermind, I now see a "monthly cost" for the project.
