Hi, for a potential grant proposal, I want to understand how many Parkinson's patients exist in the database with the ICD-10 code Z45.1 Adjustment and management of infusion pump. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I can't disclose the info of UKB data itself. However, there is this public data that might be useful for your case.

    https://biobank.ndph.ox.ac.uk/showcase/field.cgi?id=131022

From that, I would guess that 4.5k would have Parkinson.

We have run a cross tab of G20 Parkinsons with Z45.1 Infusion pump. Fewer than 10 participants in UK Biobank have both of these codes.

It is possible that this might increase in a few years, so please feel free to ask again if you would like an updated answer.

(UKB policy is not to specify exact numbers of participants when the numbers are low, to minimise the public release of potentially identifiable information)
