I am trying to run boltlmm for chromosome X and I am getting issues as below.

I am using the latest bolt lmm tool and running in jupyter notebook with hmem1_hdd1_v2_x96 and on a single chromosome. May I know how to fix this?

For this, you might want to contact the author of the tool. He is also using the community, but using github issue might be a better way to track request for feature improvement.
