I am new to the UK Biobank and am wondering if there are provisions for accessing individual full genomes rather than aggregate data (e.g., gnomAD). The task at hand is to look at protein "A" and be able to query co-occuring missense mutations. For this access to individual genomes is required. Any input on this would be appreciated and would save me time. Thank you. /A

Hi Ashar,
Yes, UKB provides access to individual genomes and proteomes. For more information, see https://www.ukbiobank.ac.uk/media/emlnk0dk/access_064-uk-biobank-exome-release-faq_v11-final.pdf
