Hello,
I am aware that it is not allowed to download WGS files to local machines.
If I run an analysis on the RAP that takes those data as input and produces some output, will output files be downloadable? Is there any documentation on this?
Andrew
Thank you! A quick follow up question. Would there be any limitation on the output files including any information about the original variants if exported to my local machine?

Hello, just checking if there are any news regarding this. I am happy to explain further if the question was not clear enough. Some practical examples of things that I may be interested doing include:
Export tables that include some of the variants annotated in the original WGS VCF
Generate DNA sequence including some of the annotated variants and export those
Export an embedding of the sequences mentioned at point (2)
Essentially, I would like to understand if activities of this sort are allowed and if there are any set limits to the information content about the original variants that I would be allowed to export. Thanks.
