What is the latest status on the UKB data dispensal and refresh.? https://status.dnanexus.com/ shows that the platform upgrade supposed to be completed by November 20 and projects can be refreshed after that date.
We received a high number of requests yesterday and the 0% means yours is still waiting in the queue. This means that your dispensal request has not started processing yet. Once your request reaches the front of the queue, you will notice the percentage start to increase and it will then take ~4-8 hours to complete.
