How do I specify the field titles for Table Exporter? I want to the export Docosahexanoic Acid field. I have tried specifying this field as 'p23450_i0', 'p23450_i0_a0', and even the human-readable name, but keep getting a 'Field title(s) not found' error.

    Hello,

    'p23450_i0' is field name. Corresponding field title is Docosahexaenoic Acid | Instance 0. Can you please try this field title?

    Hi Anastazie,

    Thanks for the clarification! I wasn't actually sure which one of those was the field title. I tried again with Docosahexanoic Acid | Instance 0, but that also failed. Do I need to enter something for the Entity argument? I tried leaving it blank, and I tried entering Participant, but both of those failed. I am trying to export fields from a cohort. Should I be using the Cohort/Dashboard Options section instead of the Advanced Options? I tried putting Docosahexanoic Acid | Instance 0 in the Cohort Table Entity Titles section, but that did not work either. I'd really just like to see a screenshot of how someone else successfully set up a Table Exporter run so that I could have an example to work from. Thanks again!

    Hello,

    maybe problem is with the entity? Entity provided should be entity name, which is lowercase, e.g. participant.

    I was able to run table exporter successfully with the following settings:

    Dataset or Cohort or Dashboard =dataset_ID

    Output Prefix= docosahexaenoic_acid

    Entity = participant

    Field Titles = Participant ID, Docosahexaenoic Acid | Instance 0

    Output File Format = CSV

    Coding Option = REPLACE

    Header Style = FIELD-NAME

    Hope that helps!
