So you've run a GWAS analysis on RAP and obtained p-values. Now what? Join us for a session on visualizing GWAS results using the Research Analysis Platform. We'll cover interactive exploration of GWAS results using the LocusZoom App. Following that, we'll dive deeper into variant annotation and visualization using both R and Python Jupyter Notebooks.
Pre-requisites: Some familiarity with JupyterLab and RAP is assumed. You can review the following webinars ahead of the live session:
