We were wondering if it is correct to see Manta calls (23350 field_id) for 44K individuals only. Is there a date for the release of Manta call 150K?

We will ask UKB in our next meeting with them; however, feel free to send inquiry to UKB directly if you need any data. They are looking for feedback of what data the community needs.
We did some check and such data isn't generated to begin with. It's part of initial pilot that lots of data analysis protocol were tried on initial ~50k data. I do not see a plan to release this on 150k or upcoming 500k WGS (https://www.ukbiobank.ac.uk/enable-your-research/about-our-data/future-data-release-timelines?src=future_timelines), but I would recommend you let UKB know if this data would be useful for your research, so they could consider release it if they have it available.
