Is it possible to access returned data on UKB RAP? I have identified the relevant details of the data I'm interested through the publication (return ID, etc.), though I am unable to find the data using Spark.
It is not currently possible to access returned data on the RAP. Projects with payment tiers 1, 2 or 3 should use AMS to create a basket for downloading, and add the return to that. Normally this takes about a week to process, but data release is currently frozen in preparation for the next showcase refresh, so there will be a longer delay, possibly around a month. The data can then be uploaded to your RAP storage using dx commands.
Projects with payment tiers 11 or 12 (student or LMIC reduced-rate applications) are not able to create baskets. If researchers with these projects need returned data, they should send a request to the Access team, access@ukbiobank.ac.uk . We do now have a process in place to make returned data available to t11 or t12 applications via Box. (This does not require you to have your own Box account.) It is likely to take longer than the standard AMS basket route.
