The new UK Biobank Joint Variant Call whole genome sequencing data release is now available on the Research Analysis Platform. The new data release encompasses an additional joint call on the existing released 150,000 participants from the main whole genome sequencing project and the 50,000 participants sequenced in the Vanguard phase.
The RAP documentation has been updated with the release. You learn more about the latest 200k release here.
I noticed that the 200k Joint Variant Call data has been removed (at least from my project following a data update) from the RAP? Is this in relation to people raising concerns that the initial release had some formatting issues?
If so, when are these files expected to be rereleased?
I was also wondering where I can find documentation on the pVCF file generation? All that I could really source from the showcase was that it was generated using the 'GraphTyper pipeline' but it is also listed as being generated using the 'GATK pipeline'?
