How to obtain an updated Authorization key (.ukbkey) to download returned data?

Hi!

I would like to use a returned data set on UKB RAP (actually - the ancestry groupings).

From my previous post I understand that I need to use the Showcase:

https://community.dnanexus.com/s/question/0D5t0000046xuRtCAI/how-to-access-returned-data-sets-using-the-cohort-browser

However, having not used the Showcase in a while (since there is the UKB RAP :-) I am now facing the problem that my .ukbkey expired (see log below).

Would it the be a solution to add the ukb download tools into a Jupyter environment and provide a project specific key inside the environment, so that one could access the returned data directly from within UKB RAP without having to manage keys?

Thank you for your help, Karsten.

I have shared this feedback/suggestion to our solution owner for future planning. Thank you for the suggestion.

Currently, there is no direct method to access returned data in RAP. However, if you run ukblink in one of interactive app like Jupyterlab, ttyd, cloud_workstation, etc; you can run `dx upload` from the interactive app to save those files in UKB-RAP project.

I'm not familiar with how to use ukblink. I will leave this thread open in case other people run into the same problem and could help. Otherwise, you might need to contact UKB to get help.
