What is your tier level of access(1,2,3) and type of data (WES/WGS) that you are looking into?
Genotyping data, whole genome sequencing and whole exome sequencing data should be in the Bulk folder on UKB RAP. In case you do not see it, please check what data fields you have in the AMS system.
