Unrelated to the downtime, when the download site comes back it will also have a BOLT-LMM v2.4.1 minor update that adds support for the Zstandard-compressed bgen files used in the latest UK Biobank WES and imputation data sets.
Looks like the website is inaccessible again. Is the source code for BOLT-LMM available on GitHub somewhere so we can clone and build it ourselves? That's what I do with EIGENSOFT now.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Yes, the website is down again at the moment but should hopefully be back up next week (and should be more stable thereafter). BOLT-LMM is unfortunately somewhat difficult to build from source due to various package dependencies, so we don't currently have it up on GitHub.
