If several projects request a data update at the same time, there may be a queue for resources.
At busy times, this can be several days, though I would only expect it to be that bad when there has been an announcement of new data, which is not the case at the moment. How long is "a long time" ?

Unfortunately it takes 5 hours till now. Is it ordinary??
Yes, that is quite normal.
I suggest you leave it for a day or two. You can log off and leave it , and it will continue OK.
