Brain MRI data

Hi - The UK Biobank showcase website indicates that 66,924 participants have baseline Nifti T1 brain volumes at this point. We have already downloaded T1 data for ~45,000 individuals at our institute (before the recent policy change.) We wonder if the additional scans listed on the showcase have/will become continuously available as bulk data to be accessed on the RAP, or will this be postponed to the next IDP release date.

    The new Nifti bulk files (that were first included in Showcase counts in Spring 2024) will only reach the RAP when the next RAP version happens.

    I apologise for any confusion.   There is normally a short period when the Showcase and the RAP are out of step, but the discrepancy will last longer this time because of the complications of the change in policy.
