It would incur storage charges and I think it would incur upload charges. You might need to check the source of your external dataset, and whether you have permission from the source to copy it into the UKB-RAP.If it is a small file, you can use the Add button from your project's main page, and select Upload Data.If it is a very large file, you might need to use a different method.
