Discrepancy between participant IDs of different editions of the datasets

Hi Everyone,

I have encountered a discrepancy between participant IDs in the proteomics data I downloaded last year and the data recently retrieved from the UKB RAP platform. Specifically, certain participant IDs in the earlier dataset do not correspond with those in the current dataset. Is this discrepancy expected, and is there a mapping available between the two sets of participant IDs?

    Hi Chao,

    Participant IDs are consistent between different data releases within the same UK Biobank project, but they are different between UK Biobank projects. Could you confirm that you are using the same application ID for both datasets?
