You can usually find the CRAM files in ‘Your_Project > Bulk > Exome sequences > Exome OQFE CRAM files’ and then they're in the numbered folders along with crai index files. If this isn't visible to you, check you have the correct access for your project, and that it's all been dispensed to you. Sometimes the data doesn't dispense properly and you have to start again. There's also a tick box for more detailed data download (e.g. exome sequencing data).
