Disease/tissue-specific data

Hi,

I am curious whether the UK Biobank harbours disease/tissue-specific data? For example, suppose an individual has cancer, was any sequencing data collected on tumour samples? Or only typical biological samples, such as blood?

    Hi Martin,

    UK Biobank doesn't hold any tumor or pathology samples. Biological samples are collected from participants at specific visits to the UK Biobank clinics only.
