Why is the application status still showing as "approved" even though the training has been completed?

As shown in the figure above, I have completed the training test last year, , yet my application status has not changed to "underway." Where might the problem be?

    The following article lists the criteria that must be met in order for a project to be marked underway and enabled on the UKB-RAP:

    Dear Matt H,

    I hope this message finds you well. 

    The Principal Investigator and Lead Collaborators of my project have completed all three mandatory training modules. However, the application does not yet appear to be enabled for RAP. I would geatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
