UKB-RAP RStudio license expiration notice

Dear Support,

Good day!  My colleagues and I started getting a "license expired" (see the screenshot attached) message yesterday whenever booting a Posit Workbench instance on the UKB-RAP (and I suppose this is the same for all the other users).

Will this have any implications for the usage of the RStudio instances on the platform?

    Same with me, and once I opented it, it shows ×server error and I need to relaunch

    Hi all,

    DNAnexus are aware of the warning message, and are working on it.   So far as I can tell, RStudio is still usable.  If you find that you cannot use RStudio for things that used to work properly, please contact DNAnexus Support directly by email to ukbiobank-support@dnanexus.com , mention this forum thread, and describe which features are broken.

    This is the case for me as well, but it still felt important to report it. Hopefully, this remains stable or the issue is resolved soon. Thanks!

    Hi Dennis,

    I agree with you, and thanks for raising it.

    DNAnexus Support report that it is now fixed, and the yellow message has disappeared for me.   Please post again if you are still seeing the yellow message.
