Chr Y has diploid calls for men?
Hi! I've recently realized some men in the cohort have diploid calls instead of haploid.
For example for 24:18550184:C:T. Any idea of why is that? Does this happen also in ChrX for men?

Dear Researchers,
Please see the genotyping paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-018-0579-z
If this refers to a small percentage of individuals this may relate to chromosomal difference such as to aneuploidies (see Fig 2).
If this relates to a large number of individuals, please get back in contact with more information (such as fields affected and rough numbers).
