Get PC 1-10 for all participants
I noticed that I can add “Genetic principal components | Array 1” (Array 1 - 40) to the data preview panel. Does that mean PC 1-40? If not, what can I do to extract PCs for individuals? Thanks for answering.

Hi Annie,
That is correct this field is the PC1-40 for each participant.
The cohort browser is useful for an initial feel for the data. However, for further information and analysis we recommend exploring using another method. Such as Table Exporter or those described in the Github notebooks: https://github.com/UK-Biobank/UKB-RAP-Notebooks-Access
