Availability of SQL Runner on UKB-RAP?

I'm interested in generating a BED file of variants meeting certain annotation criteria (e.g. worst predicted outcome). Normally I'd do this in a Jupyter notebook, but I noticed in the DNAnexus documentation that there is an SQL Runner app which might be more straightforward to use. This tool does not seem to be available in the RAP, though; are there plans to deploy it? Is it already available, and I'm just unable to find it?
