Unable to update the project for V20 data release

Each time we click “Check for Updates”, an error message appears stating that “The server encountered an internal error.”

Could you please advise on how we might resolve this issue and get the newly updated v20 data?

    The dispense system is very busy at the moment, as many researchers want to receive the new V20 data.  Please see https://community.ukbiobank.ac.uk/hc/en-gb/community/posts/32331973761821-Dispense-and-refresh-temporarily-unavailable , and try again when possible.

    Hi Francesco, the link doesn't work any more because the announcement has been removed, presumably because the dispense is available again.   If you are still having trouble, please see the article https://community.ukbiobank.ac.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/26343840019485-How-to-update-dispensed-data .   In particular, do you know what version your current UKB-RAP project is at?   “Update” will only work from V19 to V20.   If your current project is older than V19 you will need to dispense a new project instead (and then copy data between projects using dx copy).   If this still doesn't help, please Submit a Request (top right of this page).

    Hi Rachael, thanks for the quick reply. I believe that my project is at V19. The article doesn't seem to help in my case so I have submitted a request.

    If you are still seeing the same error, please try clearing your browser cache.  If that doesn't help, please contact the platform providers directly, ukbiobank-support@dnanexus.com 

    Include a screenshot of the error and a description of the problem and how long it has persisted.
