Quality control of Dragen CNV data

Hello,

I am interested in analyzing the DRAGEN SV, STR and CNV data. I came across this publication from Astrazeneca, which performs subsequent QC steps on the CNV data. In the availability section, they mention that annotated and quality controlled individual-level CNV calls will also be made available through the UKB Research Analysis Platform. My understanding is that only the raw data is currently available.

Are you planning to release this data or share the code to reproduce the QC? Thank you in advance.

    Hi Georgios,

    Currently only the raw data is available, i.e. Category 185 DRAGEN WGS. While we do plan to make the annotated and quality-controlled individual-level CNV calls generated by Astrazeneca available through the UKB Research Analysis Platform, we cannot provide an exact timeline for this at the moment.
