I think there is a misunderstanding. I would like to filter the imputed GEL variants represented in the bgen files by their imputation (i.e., "info") score.

Thanks @Ondrej Klempir, I suppose this would then require me to add a step to convert the GEL bgens to VCFs and filter on INFO scores afterwards.
