How long does it take to review my UK Biobank registration?

We aim to review researcher registrations within 10 working days of submission.

What happens once my registration is approved?

Once your registration is approved:

1. Check your email: We will send you an email notification confirming that you have a new message in the UK Biobank Access Management System (AMS).
2. Log in to AMS: Sign in to your AMS account to read the message confirming your registration.
3. Access the next steps: Once registered, you can apply to use UK Biobank data through the Applications tab in AMS or be added as a collaborator to an existing application.
