How to Check the Status of Your UK Biobank Application

Wondering where your application stands? Here’s how to keep track of progress quickly and easily.

Step 1: Log in to AMS

Go to the Applications tab in the Access Management System (AMS). This is your central hub for everything related to your submission.

Step 2: Check the Tracking Column

Next to each application, you’ll see a Tracking column. This gives you a real-time snapshot of your application’s status.

Step 3: Look Out for Pending Actions

If your application isn’t moving forward, it’s often because of:

• Outstanding payments
• Unsigned Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs)

Make sure these are completed to avoid delays.
