You can use Jupyter Lab, RStudio and the command line to run analyses on the UKB-RAP. It includes pre-loaded bioinformatics tools, along with Python and R packages. You can also use Stata with Jupyter Lab, if you have a Stata license. More information about available tools can be found here.
You can also bring in external tools, using common package managers. Most Linux command line software is supported by the UKB-RAP. Matlab can be loaded using a Docker image for researchers with their own licence.
