How do I notify UK Biobank about an upcoming conference presentation?

If you plan to present research using UK Biobank data at a conference, you must notify us at least two weeks before the conference takes place.

How do I notify UK Biobank?

1. Submit a request through the UK Biobank Community to inform our Access team about your upcoming conference.
2. Upload any relevant supporting documents to your project in the Access Management System (AMS).

How do I upload supporting documents to AMS?

1. Log in to [AMS] and open your project.
2. Go to the Admin tab and find the Conferences section.
3. Select Browse and choose the document you want to upload.
4. Select Open, then Upload once the file name appears.
5. Your uploaded document will appear in the Conferences section. Select the file name to review it.

Important: Documents must be in PDF format and must not exceed 10 MB per file.

How do I remove an uploaded document?

To remove a document, select Remove next to the relevant file name in the Conferences section of AMS.
