Hi, is there any update on availability of PLINK format files for 500k WGS data?
Any updates on 500k wgs plink files? It would be great if there is a timeline for this.
It is expected that the next release (late June 2024) should include BGEN and PLINK2 versions of the 500k WGS data using an Illumina Dragen pipeline.
