What error message does it give? Is there any more detail in the logs? What version of Mutectcaller are you using, what command are you running, what size of instance have you set?
The latest version (4.1.0) of Mutectcaller doesn't work in UK Biobank but have you tried changing the version to 4.0.0-1? This has worked for myself and my team, though specifying the interval doesn't work.
