RAP Access for Approved Application

Hello! My group recently filed an application which was approved on August 12, and all other requirements (MTA, payment, etc) were all taken care of by August 13. However, we still cannot access the RAP platform or any data. I pre-emptively emailed the GDPR training in an issue here and by email, but no one has responded to any attempts at contact.

Could anyone point us towards what we need to do to proceed? There are several of us poised to get started, and given that payment was transferred nearly 2 weeks ago we are wondering what else needs to happen. thanks!
