The Application is not enabled for RAP
I started working on UKB RAP. I got the following error when I created the Project as a lead collaborator.
1. Billing information is up to date.
2. Application is approved as well.

Me neither, have you sloved those problem?
Dear Muhammad,
Thanks for your posts on the UK Biobank Community Forum.
Please see this article on our Community which details the criteria which must be met in order for a project to be enabled to access data on the UKB-RAP:
https://community.ukbiobank.ac.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/22784123882909-Why-does-it-say-that-my-project-is-not-enabled-for-UKB-RAP
Kind regards,
Matt
In the article shared by Matt it states that all ‘lead’ collaborators must have completed the three training modules, what does ‘lead’ mean here? Does this mean any person listed as a collaborator in the application or just a subset of these people?
Hi Martin,
if an application has collaborators from more than one institution, then one collaborator from each institution is designated as the lead collaborator for that institution. If an application's collaborators are all from the same institution, then only the principal investigator is a lead collaborator .
I think you should be able to see who is a lead (if any) within AMS.
All of our collaborators or lead collaborators have been trained and tested, so why is our project still unable to use the RAP platform
Hi Chenjie
Before a project can use the UKB-RAP, all of these things must be ready:
Please check all of these, and Submit a Ticket if you believe that all actions required by your institution have been completed. (Please allow a reasonable time for actions by UKB teams).
As a separate issue, please note that it is currently (23/1/2025) not possible for any research groups to dispense data on the UKB-RAP, for technical reasons. See the Announcements section of the forum and this thread . We expect this to be temporary, possibly about a week.
