Download allele frequencies for subset of samples?
As the title says, on RAP calculate allele frequency for subset of samples, around 20K samples. And download the “variant name, MAF” locally, is it possible?

Dear Tokhir,
You can only download summary level data from the RAP not individual level data.
In this example you could download the variant name and MAF summarised for the subsampled population
but not the variant name and the MAF per participant.
