Are the files in Bulk/Genotype Results/Genotype calls already imputed?
Hello, I am a new user and am attempting to conduct a GWAS study.I have watched the online video tutorials from the DNAnexus (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=762PVlyZJ-U) and noticed that the genotype files used are from Bulk/Genotype Results/Genotype calls. I am aware that there appears to be another folder containing explicitly imputed files at Bulk/Imputation/UKB imputation from genotype.
My questions are:
- Are the files in
Bulk/Genotype Results/Genotype callsalready imputed?It seems that I haven't seen any document description. -
Is there a recommended pipeline or best-practice guide for performing GWAS using UK Biobank data that I could refer to?
