Hi,Unfortunately, we cannot provide advice on processing non-UKB data on the DRAGEN pipeline - it may be best to contact the original data provider (TGCA) or Illumina support.

Hi,Unfortunately, the DRAGEN pipeline is not available within the RAP. However, any outputs from the DRAGEN pipeline can be ingressed into the RAP.
