To close out this thread, DNANexus Support said the following: "The file for Whole Exome Sequences is currently not available, please place a request with UKB to include it in future data releases....

Thanks so much - I have asked support and haven't received a response. I will try again. I wonder if this is a file that it would make sense to have generally available with the 450k exome data?
