Thanks so much - I have asked support and haven't received a response. I will try again. I wonder if this is a file that it would make sense to have generally available with the 450k exome data?
In general, questions on the forum are more likely to be answered if they are in a new thread rather than an old one. To create a new question, use the New Post button, which can be found near the top of each old thread or at the bottom of the main forum page.
This is particularly true for the threads that originated in the old forum (ie threads created before 2024), as the original followers do not receive notification of new comments for those.

I think that this is duplicate of this question, please contact UKB RAP support team (ukbiobank-support@dnanexus.com) .

To close out this thread, DNANexus Support said the following:
"The file for Whole Exome Sequences is currently not available, please place a request with UKB to include it in future data releases."
Hopefully this is something that we can get in the future.
@Julian Homburger? Would this be sufficient for what you are looking for?

Thanks - this is exactly what I was looking for!
Hi, just wondering if you have any update on this issue now?
Hi
I find this post when I am searching for coordinates of each batch file of WGS data? is there a file like https://biobank.ndph.ox.ac.uk/ukb/refer.cgi?id=837 for WGS pVCF files?
thanks!
See Resource 2009 https://biobank.ndph.ox.ac.uk/showcase/refer.cgi?id=2009 for DRAGEN
and Resource 2008 https://biobank.ndph.ox.ac.uk/showcase/refer.cgi?id=2008 for GraphTyper
(they are not quite the same as Res 837 but similar)
