Where do I go for help about the UKB-RAP?

The UK Biobank Researcher Community is the main place to find help and guidance about the UK Biobank Research Analysis Platform (UKB-RAP).

Start by searching the Community. You can find:

• UK Biobank guidance and support articles
• answers to common UKB-RAP questions
• announcements and service updates
• discussions and advice shared by other researchers

If you cannot find the answer you need, you can ask a question in the Forum. The Forum is a peer-to-peer space where researchers can share their knowledge and experience of working with UKB-RAP.

If your query relates to your specific application, project or account, or requires action or an official response from UK Biobank, please submit a request instead. 

You will need to sign in to the Community using your Access Management System (AMS) credentials to post in the Forum or submit a request.
