How Do I Restore My Access to the UKB-RAP?

If you’ve previously lost access to the UKB-RAP, but now have completed any outstanding tasks (i.e. annual reports, required trainings), you may have to re-grant yourself access to your project in the RAP. We ask that you please try the following:

Please log in to UKB-RAP via this link. 

If you are the admin of the org to which the project is billed to, please navigate to the 'Org Admin' section at the top of the UI, click on the name of the org you've used for billing of your projects (usually called "user_id's Personal UKB Billing Account"), then navigate into the "Projects" tab and see if you can find the projects there. If your projects are listed, you should be able to to grant yourself access to these projects.

In case you are not the org admin, you can ask your org admin to add you to the project by following the instructions listed here.

Alternatively, this can be done by the org administrator via CLI:

Add required project access level to the requesting user via one of the following commands:

$ dx invite <username> <project-id> VIEW

$ dx invite <username> <project-id> UPLOAD

$ dx invite <username> <project-id> CONTRIBUTE

$ dx invite <username> <project-id> ADMINISTER
