No. Code, analyses and results are not accessible to anyone outside your workspace; that said, if you wish to make your code, example notebooks or tools public then this is possible within the UKB-RAP. At the end of your project, or after publication of any results, you are required to make your code available to other researchers (via GitHub or other public code repositories, or by returning code to UK Biobank) and derived results must be returned to UK Biobank.
