Will my analysis be made publicly available on the UKB-RAP?

No. 

The work you doing will only be visible to the other collaborators on the same project.  If there are multiple UKB-RAP projects within the same UK Biobank application, it is possible to restrict sharing even further, so that only a subset of the researchers who are collaborators in the same UK Biobank application will have access to a specific UKB-RAP project.

The UKB-RAP is a specific platform hosted by DNANexus.  In some ways the UKB-RAP has specific differences from other DNANexus platforms, but much of the DNANexus documentation is still relevant.

Research groups should return all derived variables that could be useful to other researchers to the UK Biobank.   At present this is not possible on the UKB-RAP. More details will be provided later.
