I am having issues starting a jupyter notebook. I could able to see the notebook running in the monitor section but not where we launched the notebook. Can someone help me how to resolve this?
Sorry for the delay in response. I am trying to start using jupyter lab and spark cluster and keeping a snapshot file of size 3.6GB and having a hard time starting it. I did try with a different snapshot file and it worked perfectly fine. Please do let me know how to resolve this.
The instance I am using to start the cluster: mem1_hdd1_v2_x16
I am trying to start a new cluster and I am getting launching and running but when I am trying to connect to jupter notebook, I am getting a 503 gateway error.
503 Gateway error might mean that the cluster instance types are all in use. Could you try again at a less busy time?
When you request an instance, you can specify the priority. If you are prepared to accept the higher cost associated with high priority instances, you could try specifying high priority.
If neither of these makes a difference, I suggest you contact the DNAnexus support team directly by clicking the “Support” icon on the UKB RAP landing page.

Are you starting the JupyterLab app as described here:
https://documentation.dnanexus.com/user/jupyter-notebooks/running-dxjupyterlab
If so, are you using the web UI or the CLI?
In addition, please note that it might take a few minutes for the JupyterLab server to setup and be ready to be accessed:

Normal Sessions worked fine for me only spark session
Has anyone solved this? I have the same issue specifically for jupyterlab with a spark cluster
