ML-corrected DRAGEN pVCF genomic coordinate index file

Hi all. Does anyone know if there is an equivalent genomic coordinate index file for the newly released ML-corrected DRAGEN pVCF files? Analogous to the previous version https://biobank.ndph.ox.ac.uk/showcase/refer.cgi?id=2009.

Per documentation, “The output biallelic pVCF (Field 24311) is partitioned with the same sharding schema as the input multiallelic pVCF (Field 24310).”

I don't know if this means the previous index can be directly adapted for this updated dataset.

    Dear David,

    As the same sharding schema is used you can use resource 2009 on both Fields 24311 and 24310.
