Batch Effects for Whole Exome Sequencing Data
Hello,
I was wondering which field number on ukb showcase contains the batch effects for Whole Exome Sequencing Data. I only found batch effects for genotyping array data which was Field 22000. Thank you!

Currently batch information is not provided for this category. However, the whole exome data was released in tranches which may be useful as a batch proxy - the information can be found here: https://biobank.ctsu.ox.ac.uk/showcase/field.cgi?id=32050
