What must I have done before I can access the UKB-RAP?

  • Updated

You and your institution must be fully compliant with UK Biobank’s requirements. This means completing the following steps:

  • Submit annual or final reports – All reports for your project must be up to date. Read our guidance on submitting an annual report and submitting a final report.

  • Complete all mandatory training – The Principal Investigator and all researchers on your project must have completed all themandatory training. Any researchers who do not require access to the UKB-RAP should be removed from your project. This Community articleexplains how to remove a collaborator.

  • Confirm data deletion for completed projects– UK Biobank must have received confirmation that data from all completed projects at an institution have been deleted. Until this confirmation is received, no researcher from that institution will be able to access the UKB-RAP, and new applications and extensions will not be considered. Read more about closing a project and confirming data deletion.

We are contacting all researchers and institutions that are not fully compliant to explain what action they need to take
