Will the UKB-RAP be different?

You should find very few differences when conducting analyses on the UKB-RAP, although there will be minor changes to how it works. We will provide you with progress updates and offer training as needed.

The main difference is that, initially, you will not be able to download results from the platform. Later this year, we will introduce a manual output checking system (OCS). This will have limited capacity to allow results to be downloaded. By early 2027, we aim to have an automated OCS that allows researchers to take all of their results off the UKB-RAP.
